Information you provide

When you request an analysis, you may provide your business name, work email, capabilities, service area, certifications, contract preferences, and exclusions. The current website prepares an email on your device; your request is received only after you send that email.

How information is used

BizCapital Digital uses submitted information to evaluate government opportunities, deliver requested analyses, administer service, respond to questions, prevent misuse, and improve BidSignal’s qualification process. We do not sell submitted customer profiles.

Payments and public data

Square processes subscription checkout and payment information under Square’s own privacy terms. BidSignal does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Opportunity information may originate from public government sources, including SAM.gov and USAspending.

Storage and retention

The fit-check runs in your browser. A founding-customer request may be saved locally on your device to help complete the email handoff. Email requests and service records are retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing BCD@bizcapitaladvisors.com. Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, or legal compliance.
