Service

AGM BidSignal is an intelligence service operated by BizCapital Digital. It identifies and summarizes public procurement opportunities against information supplied by a customer. Features and delivery frequency may vary during the founding-customer period.

No guarantee or professional representation

BidSignal provides business decision support, not legal, accounting, certification, or procurement representation. Scores and recommendations may contain errors or omissions. Customers must independently review the official solicitation, amendments, eligibility rules, deadlines, and submission instructions. BidSignal does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, award, revenue, or contract performance.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate profile information, maintaining registrations and licenses, protecting account communications, and making every bid or no-bid decision. Never rely on a BidSignal summary in place of the government’s official notice and files.

Founding subscription

The advertised founding subscription is $99 per month and is intended to renew monthly through Square until canceled. Before completing checkout, confirm that Square displays a recurring monthly schedule. If checkout does not show recurring monthly billing, do not purchase; contact us instead. The founding rate is offered for the first 12 months of uninterrupted service.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not ordinarily refund a billing period already started. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or a failure to provide the purchased service will be reviewed promptly when reported to BCD@bizcapitaladvisors.com. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

You may use delivered analyses for your own organization’s lawful procurement activities. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or resell substantial portions of BidSignal output without written permission.

Availability and changes

Public data sources, government systems, email providers, and payment services may be delayed or unavailable. We may correct analyses, modify features, or suspend service for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal requirements. Material term changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
